This annual survey provides data for pay adjustments - both actual for the past year and projected for the coming year as well as bonus practices applicable to employers in Oregon, Southwest Washington, and the Nation. This report has data sections including zeros & negatives, excluding zeros & negatives and projected pay comparing data including and excluding zeros & negatives.
